The MWS - My Wellness Services (by e&ws company) is a family-run business. Our journey began in early 2000 when our founder started as a freelance, driven by a passion for longevity and supporting the lives of those with health conditions and chronic diseases. After a dedicated decade of research and personal practice in health, longevity, regeneration, food and technology related to wellness. We have grown from a one-person operation into a thriving small limited company and we were officially established in 2024 which was one of our proudest moments of our journey. This approach is very personal to us, it has allowed our founder to overcome a serious personal health condition which for many may be beyond their wildest dreams to overcome. 

Our clients are the essence and soul of the business, we treat clients in the same way as we would our own family. We will always provide personalised and ongoing support. Whatever you're looking to reduce, whether it is stress, pain, heal an injury or chronic condition we are here to guide you every step of the way.
